Class Descriptions

  Private Pilates Session -50 minutes
  One on one private session using pilates equipment and props, customized to meet your individual goals.

       $  75 / 1 session
       $600 / 10 sessions 
       $300 / Intro Series - 6 private sessions (minimum 2x/week)


  Duo -
50 minutes
  Grab a friend and come work out!!  This session for two clients uses the pilates equipment and is a great option 
  for two people wanting to work out together.
 

       $60 / 1 session
       $450 / 10 sessions


  Semi-Private / Trio - 50 minutes
  Group class of up to three students using the pilates reformer and other equipment.

       $45 / 1 session
       $300 / 10 sessions


  Group Mat Class - Running from the Core - 50 minutes
  Group class for runners at all levels.  A great way to cross train to prevent injuries, this class uses mats, props
  and resistance bands to increase strength and flexibility.

       $15 / 1 class
       $120 / 10 classes (10 week series)

 Bikini Bootcamp - 50 minutes
 Group class for women at all levels wanting to get those beautiful bodies bikini-ready!  Combines circuit training and
 pilates.  This class uses mats, weights and other props
to increase strength and flexibility and tone all over.

       $20 / 1 class
       $150 / 10 classes

Advance sign up required for all classes
24 hour notice required for cancellations without charge
Minimum of 3 private sessions required prior to trio class attendance
